Cratus Building Services Ltd is a multi-trade contractor in the social housing refurbishment and maintenance sector.
Since 2002 we have been providing comprehensive building repairs, maintenance and refurbishment services to social housing landlords and local authorities. With a growing team of over forty highly skilled and experienced tradesmen we have worked on tens of thousands of projects of all sizes.
Throughout our growth we have stuck to the principle that no matter how big we get we will be the best at what we do. We believe in our relationships with our clients and we operate in an environment of mutual respect and trust.
We are small enough to care and big enough to cope with our clients’ needs and our core principle is to deliver exceptional quality with quick turnaround times. Each project is individually tailored to the client so we can deliver our services in a professional way but with minimum inconvenience. We find our clients appreciate this.
We have worked and continue to work hand in hand with some of the biggest construction firms in the country, including Botes, Connaught, Kier, Osborne, Morrison and Mears.
Our Housing Association clients include: Circle Housing, Family Mosaic, Peabody Trust, Amicus Horizon and Ascham Homes for Walthamstow council.
Our Council clients include: Southwark Council, Lambeth Council and Basildon Council.
We are an Exor SafeContractor, a CHAS Accredited Contractor and Construction Line Accredited.
