In 2005 we started work for Basildon Council in Basildon, Billericay and the neighbouring Borough of Brentwood. In partnership with Botes we upgraded kitchens and bathrooms to Decent Home standard. In 2006 Southend-on-Sea and Colchester in Essex were added to the project, and again we were to provide full kitchen and bathroom upgrades as per the Decent Home programme. All four projects were completed in the summer of 2006, with almost two hundred properties upgraded to Decent Home Standard.
